1. About Rowan
Rowan is a virtual primary care membership service operated by PurposeMed Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By joining our waitlist or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Waitlist
Joining the Rowan waitlist is free and does not create a clinical relationship. Your waitlist position does not guarantee availability. We will contact you by email when membership becomes available. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by contacting us at hello@rowancare.ca.
3. Membership (Coming Soon)
Detailed membership terms — including scope of services, billing, cancellation, and clinical disclaimers — will be provided before any paid membership begins. No payment is required or collected during the waitlist period.
4. Not Emergency Care
Rowan is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Rowan does not replace emergency care, hospital care, or specialist care that requires in-person examination.
5. Limitation of Liability
During the waitlist period, Rowan provides informational content only and does not provide clinical advice. PurposeMed Inc. is not liable for any decisions made based on content on this website. Clinical liability terms will be defined in the membership agreement.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist members.
